Engineering philosophy & background

I'm Chhean Lymeng (ឈាន លីម៉េង), a Junior Backend Developer with a passion for software architecture, API design, and system performance. I graduated in Software Engineering from BELTEI International University, and currently work as a Junior Backend Developer at BELTEI Group engineering CMS systems and providing robust APIs for mobile applications. In parallel, I run PhumTech — an independent studio where I turn engineering concepts into real-world applications spanning developer utilities, creative web tools, and interactive media. I value clean code, measurable performance, and steady continuous learning.

Whether structuring relational database models, optimizing API endpoints for low-latency responses, or experimenting with client-side canvas engines, I prioritize clean abstractions, clear documentation, and pragmatic engineering.
